Neymar Jnr insists leaving Barcelona for Paris St Germain will not be the end of his football career after scoring a goal at his debut game. The Brazil international made an impact in his first game since completing a world-record 222million euro (£200.6million) move with a goal and an assist as PSG cruised to a 3-0 win at Guingamp. Critics argued that leaving Barcelona for Ligue 1 is a set back, but the 25-year-old is happy to prove them wrong and his content at the moment. “I knew it would be very difficult to leave Barca but I am very happy to be here,” he said in quotes reported by L’equipe, “People think that you die after leaving Barca, but no, it’s the opposite. AC Milan Wants Chelsea Midfielder

AC Milan wants to reignite their passion for Chelsea midfielder, Cesc Febregas ahead of  the coming summer bid, report says.

The Serie A side have set their sights on the former Barcelona player, despite the Spain international's inclination to remain a part of Antonio Conte's men at Stamford Bridge.

However, the Italian boss is open to offers for the player who has made just 14 starts so far in the Premier League this season.

While 29-year-old Febragas has occasionally forced his way into the starting XI since the beginning of the year, Conte is determined to patch up his midfield ranks in the summer regardless if they lift the Premier League title or not.

Italian media outlet, Calciomercato reported that AC Milan are set to make the Spanish midfielder their first summer signing.

The Rossoneri were taken over by Chinese backers this week and are expected to spend the cash this summer.

And Milan are wanting to make Fabregas the first of many, if they can resolve the issues that could hinder the deal.

The report claims that Chelsea value their midfielder at €25million, while Fabregas is expected to ask for a pay check of around €4.5million plus bonuses to make the switch to Italy.

But both are said to be more than Milan are willing to spend and the Serie A side are hoping a compromise can be reached so as to secure the deal and get the player.

Antoine Griezmann to consider Man Utd offer after U-turn

Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann is reportedly still considering an offer to join Manchester United this summer. The offer has been connected with a move to Old Trafford since the beginning of the summer and a possible twist at Atletico could provoke him to leave for the Premier League.
