Neymar Jnr insists leaving Barcelona for Paris St Germain will not be the end of his football career after scoring a goal at his debut game. The Brazil international made an impact in his first game since completing a world-record 222million euro (£200.6million) move with a goal and an assist as PSG cruised to a 3-0 win at Guingamp. Critics argued that leaving Barcelona for Ligue 1 is a set back, but the 25-year-old is happy to prove them wrong and his content at the moment. “I knew it would be very difficult to leave Barca but I am very happy to be here,” he said in quotes reported by L’equipe, “People think that you die after leaving Barca, but no, it’s the opposite. I’m more alive than ever, I play, I’m very happy. Klopp Blames Southampton's Defensive Tactics As Liverpool Drop Points

Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp considered his side to be worthy of beating Southampton but was discontent with the defensive tactics pulled by the Saints' in the 0:0 draw at Anfield. 
The Reds worked hard and struggled to create goal chances and also saw James Milner penalty saved by Southampton keeper, Fraser Forster.
Though, Klopp was unwilling to criticise his team and pointed to Southampton’s defensive attitude when explaining the points they just dropped.
“I thought our performance was good enough to win,” he told Sky Sports. “Southampton  wanted to come here and somehow get a point, or more, and I’m fine with defending.
“They did not create anything and we had a hard job to do. To play against 10 deep defending Southampton players is very difficult. We could have scored, that would have opened them up a bit. it is a point more but doesn’t feel like that.
With the result, this leaves Liverpool still unsure of their fate this season, and opened up opportunities for Manchester United and Arsenal to knock them out of the top four. But Klopp has impeled supporters not to panic.
“It is not finished yet. We all have to play our games. We go to West Ham and try to win and that’s all we can do. We try everything and we do not stop.”
On James Milner’s penalty miss, he added: “He should not blame himself – that is football. Him scoring would have helped of course but that is not the only decisive thing today.”

Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley opened up that his naivety made him make some "unacceptable" decisions when he first took over the club.  In an exclusive interview with  Sky Sports , which will be aired on Sunday evening’s ‘Mike Ashley: Speaks Direct’ special on Sky Sports Premier League at 7pm, the 52-year-old directly disclosed all, following the marking of his 10 years at St James’ Park. Antoine Griezmann to consider Man Utd offer after U-turn

Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann is reportedly still considering an offer to join Manchester United this summer. The offer has been connected with a move to Old Trafford since the beginning of the summer and a possible twist at Atletico could provoke him to leave for the Premier League. A report in  Don Balon  claims the Frenchman would be willing to join United if Atletico decided to sell goalkeeper Jan Oblak to PSG.
